  • 2 tablespoons creamy almond butter (or any nut/seed butter)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil, melted
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (or an 8-ounce chocolate bar)

Instructions

  1. Soak the pitted Medjool dates in very hot water for about 10 minutes until soft.
  2. Drain the dates and blend them in a food processor with almond butter and melted coconut oil until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a lined loaf pan and freeze for 2-3 hours until firm.
  4. Slice into squares and dip each piece into melted chocolate mixed with coconut oil.
  5. Chill in the fridge for about an hour to set.
