  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 cups panko breadcrumbs (plain)
  • canola oil (for frying)
  • parsley (chopped, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Bang Bang Sauce: Mix mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and honey in a bowl until smooth.
  2. Marinate the Chicken: Soak chicken tenderloins in buttermilk for at least 10 minutes to enhance moisture.
  3. Set Up Breading Station: In separate bowls, combine flour with cornstarch and seasonings; beat egg mixed with Sriracha; place panko breadcrumbs in another bowl.
