  • 1 cup granulated sugar (for caramel sauce)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter (for caramel sauce)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for caramel sauce)
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt (for caramel sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Melt butter in a bowl and mix with sugar. Add eggs and vanilla.
  2. In another bowl, sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt; combine with wet ingredients until blended.
  3. Pour brownie batter into a greased springform pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
