  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
  • 2 cups vegan marshmallows crème
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil or butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time followed by vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually mix into wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips gently.
  6. Press dough evenly into prepared baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before spreading vegan marshmallows crème on top.
  8. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil; pour over marshmallow layer and spread evenly.
