- 8 ounces of white chocolate or candy melts
- 3 tablespoons of festive sprinkles
- 3 tablespoons of red candy melts (for drizzling – optional)
- Green sanding sugar for decoration
- Crush the Little Debbie cakes in a bowl using a handheld mixer until crumbly.
- Mix in the festive sprinkles until well combined.
- Roll tablespoon-sized scoops of dough into smooth balls and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Melt the white chocolate or candy melts in short bursts in the microwave, stirring in between.
- Dip each cake ball into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off before placing back on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle melted red candy melts over each truffle if desired, then sprinkle with green sanding sugar.
- Chill in the fridge for about 5 minutes to set.
