Ingredients

  • Saltine crackers
  • Unsalted butter
  • Brown sugar
  • Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • Cinnamon
  • Granulated sugar
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat until bubbling.
  4. Pour the toffee mixture over the arranged crackers and bake for 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot toffee.
  6. Mix granulated sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
  7. Finish by adding a light sprinkle of sea salt.
  8. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
