Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar + 2 tsp ground cinnamon (for swirl)
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped walnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt pan well.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and baking powder together. Gradually add the dry mixture into the creamed mixture while alternating with sour cream.
  4. Pour half of the batter into the greased pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top, add remaining batter, and finish with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mix. Use a knife to create gentle swirls.
  5. Bake for about 45–50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Let cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
