  • 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar (for frosting)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons instant coffee granules (for frosting)
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8×8 inch pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and cocoa powder until combined. Mix in sugar, eggs, espresso powder, and vanilla until fluffy.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine salt, baking powder, and flour; gradually mix into the wet ingredients.
