  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, mozzarella, cream cheese, sour cream, minced garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Lay out tortillas and evenly divide the chicken mixture among them. Top with fresh spinach and diced tomatoes.
  3. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly from the bottom up to secure the filling.
