  • For the sauce: ¼ cup soy sauce, ¼ cup sugar, and 3 tbsp rice vinegar + sugar
  • For the spicy mayo: ¼ cup mayo and 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs toasted in olive oil

Instructions
