  • 12 Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce (non-alcoholic)
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced deli chicken
  • 2 ½ cups cooked pulled beef
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 30 dill pickle chips (drained)
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried minced garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 1 ½ teaspoons poppy seeds
  • ¾ teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Slice Hawaiian rolls horizontally while keeping them connected.
  3. Mix Dijon mustard with Worcestershire sauce and melted butter; spread half over the bottom of the rolls.
  4. Layer with Swiss cheese, chicken, pulled beef, pickles, and more cheese.
  5. Combine melted butter with garlic, onion, poppy seeds, and salt; brush over sliders.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for about 20 minutes; remove foil for an additional few minutes until golden brown.
