  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 cups dill pickle juice
  • 1 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh dill for garnish
  • 810 wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in dill pickle juice for at least 8 hours or overnight.
  2. In a bowl, mix kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss marinated chicken in the spice mix until coated.
  3. Thread seasoned chicken onto soaked wooden skewers.
  4. Brush half of the dill pickle ranch dressing over the skewers.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 400°F and cook for 11-12 minutes until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  6. Brush cooked skewers with remaining ranch dressing and garnish with fresh dill before serving.
