  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • ½ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, thyme, and optional red pepper flakes.
  3. Place seasoned chicken in the crockpot and pour sauce over it.
  4. Top with sun-dried tomatoes.
  5. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours or HIGH for 2 hours.
  6. Add butter 30 minutes before serving to enrich the sauce.
