  • 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast and honey in warm water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the mixture. Stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise in a warm spot for 45–60 minutes until doubled in size.
  4. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  5. Spoon the risen dough into the muffin cups until about ¾ full.
  6. Drizzle extra olive oil on top and sprinkle with chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown, rotating halfway through baking.
  8. Allow cooling slightly before enjoying!
