Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons instant yeast (or active dry yeast)
  • 1 cup warm water (110°F/43°C)
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or sugar)
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil, plus more for drizzling
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Activate the yeast by dissolving it in warm water with honey. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and olive oil with the yeast mixture to form a sticky dough. Cover and let rise in a warm area for 45 to 60 minutes until doubled in size.
  3. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin with olive oil.
  4. Spoon the risen dough into muffin cups, filling them about three-quarters full.
  5. Drizzle extra olive oil on top and sprinkle with chopped rosemary, minced garlic, and flaky sea salt.
  6. Bake for about 18–20 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
