- 30 taco shells
- 2 pounds ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 medium sweet onion (chopped)
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 pound Tillamook Mexican 4-Cheese
- 1 16 oz. pkg. shredded lettuce
- 6 Roma tomatoes (chopped)
- 1 cup salsa
- 1 cup corn salsa (Trader Joe’s)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup guacamole
- 1 cup Pepita salsa (Trader Joe’s)
- 1 can sliced olives
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 jar LaVictoria Salsa
- 1 jar Cholula Salsa
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
- Your favorite chips
- A spicy habanero pepper (for garnish)
- Prepare your serving board by placing shredded lettuce and chopped tomatoes in the center.
- Arrange small bowls of salsas, guacamole, olives, and sour cream around the lettuce bowl.
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat; sauté chopped onion until tender. Add ground turkey and taco seasoning; cook until browned.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Fill taco shells with seasoned meat and cheese; bake until heated through (about 5 minutes).
- Arrange tacos on the board alongside chips and hot sauces. Serve and enjoy!
