  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 cup turkey bacon bits
  • 6 English muffins
  • 1/2 cup Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese blend

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and onion powder until frothy.
  3. Cook the egg mixture in a greased non-stick pan over medium heat until cooked through. Stir in half of the turkey bacon bits.
