  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar (plus more for dusting)
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1/4 cup strawberry jam
  • 2 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp butter (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture on one side of four slices of bread. Layer sliced strawberries and strawberry jam on top, then cover with remaining bread slices.
