  • 1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
  • 1 block cream cheese, softened
  • 10 oz. can diced tomatoes, drained
  • 15 oz. can chili starter
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 12 tsp hot sauce, to taste
  • 1/2 medium white onion, diced
  • Frito's Scoops, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, cooked ground beef, diced tomatoes, chili starter, half of the cheddar cheese, and all spices. Mix until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased oven-safe skillet and top with the remaining cheddar cheese.
  4. Bake for 8–10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  5. Garnish with diced onions and serve warm with Frito's Scoops.
