  • 1/2 cup Reese’s Pieces

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling: In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Scoop dollops onto parchment paper and freeze for at least an hour.
  2. Make the cookie dough: Beat together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add egg and more vanilla; mix well.
  3. Combine dry ingredients: In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add to wet ingredients. Fold in chocolate chips and Reese’s Pieces.
