  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chocolate chips for topping
  • 1 tsp coconut oil for topping
  • Flaky sea salt, optional

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix almond flour, cashew butter, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture onto parchment paper, pressing down firmly into a 1/2-inch thick rectangle.
  3. Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in intervals until smooth; pour over cookie dough layer.
  4. Chill in the freezer for about 10 minutes until set, then cut into pieces.
