  • 6 medium flour tortillas
  • 1 can refried beans (16 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded pepper-jack cheese
  • 1 can red enchilada sauce (10 oz)
  • Diced Roma tomato and green onion for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray two baking sheets and arrange three tortillas on each sheet. Bake for a few minutes until crispy.
  2. Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until browned; drain excess grease.
