- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 14 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
- 3 ounces tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 cup bone broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Cheddar cheese, for topping
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Add chopped onions, celery, and bell pepper to the skillet; sauté until tender.
