  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 ¾ cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary (or other herbs)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base

  3. In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, butter, herbs, salt, pepper, and garlic base over low heat until melted and well mixed.

  5. Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes; cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
