  • 2 cans Pillsbury Grands! Cinnamon Rolls
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice (divided)
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a 12-cup bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cut each cinnamon roll into four pieces and set the icing packet aside.
  3. In a resealable bag, mix granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice. Add the cinnamon roll pieces, seal, and shake until coated.
  4. In a bowl, combine melted butter with brown sugar until mixed well.
  5. Layer the coated cinnamon roll pieces in the bundt pan and drizzle with the brown sugar mixture.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes until golden brown; check for doneness around 40 minutes.
  7. Let cool for five minutes before inverting onto a serving plate.
  8. Mix remaining pumpkin pie spice into the reserved icing and drizzle over the warm monkey bread.
