  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  1. Prepare the pumpkin puree by squeezing out excess moisture with paper towels.
  2. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until fluffy.
