  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 cups sweetened flaked coconut
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup seedless raspberry preserves
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (or sunflower seeds for nut-free)
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup white baking chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until sandy. Press firmly into the baking pan.
  3. Spread raspberry preserves evenly over the crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over the raspberry layer and swirl gently with a spatula.
  5. Sprinkle coconut and chopped pecans on top; press down slightly.
  6. Scatter chocolate chips and white baking chips on top.
