  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 2 pounds red potatoes (washed and quartered)

  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 3/4 cup half and half

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Slice off the top of the garlic head, drizzle with olive oil, wrap in foil, and roast for about 1 hour.
  2. In a large pot, cover quartered potatoes with cold water and add salt. Boil until fork-tender, about 15 minutes.
