  • 46 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1½ cups sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped chives or parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13” baking dish.
  2. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix sour cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes to keep it juicy.
  6. Remove foil, sprinkle with more cheese if desired, and bake uncovered for another 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  7. Garnish with chives or parsley before serving.
