  • 1 ripe avocado, sliced
  • 2 slices pepper jack or cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup pickled jalapeños
  • 2 brioche buns, toasted
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp adobo sauce (from canned chipotles in adobo)
  • ½ tsp lime juice

Instructions
