  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary or thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
