  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard

  • 1/4 cup fontina cheese (grated)
  • Salt and white pepper (to taste)
  • 1/3 cup parmesan cheese (grated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook gnocchi in salted boiling water until they float, about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant. Whisk in flour for one minute.
