  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, melted butter, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika until smooth.
  3. Place salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet and brush half of the glaze over each fillet.
  4. Bake the salmon for about 8 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush on the remaining glaze.
  5. Return to the oven and bake for another 8-10 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
  6. Let rest for 2 minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
