  • 450 g cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 15 ml mayonnaise
  • 120 ml fresh chives, finely minced
  • 240 ml jalapeños, seeds removed and finely diced
  • 475 ml turkey bacon, finely crumbled (plus extra for coating)
  • 120 ml sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded
  • 5 ml ground black pepper
  • 5 ml cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, chives, diced jalapeños, turkey bacon crumbles (240 ml), cheddar cheese, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix until fluffy.
  2. Spread remaining turkey bacon crumbles on a shallow dish.
  3. Using a cookie scoop or spoon, portion the cheese mixture and roll into small balls.
  4. Roll each ball in the turkey bacon crumbles to coat evenly.
  5. Chill the cheese balls in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
