  • 2 pounds extra lean ground turkey
  • 1 (28 fluid ounce) can diced tomatoes (with juices)
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 (14 fluid ounce) cans white kidney beans (drained)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium-high heat. Sauté chopped onion for about five minutes until soft.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until no longer pink, breaking it up as you stir.
  3. Pour in diced tomatoes with juices, followed by chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, minced garlic, and white kidney beans. Stir well.
